my daughter has been in and out of hospitals for stomach ...

my daughter has been in and out of hospitals for stomach pain and vomiting she is 7 years old. she gets bad pains and throws up after she gets sick her stomach will feel better and with about 30 -60 minutes later she gets the stomach pain again and gets sick. could my daughter have IBS or maybe some type of ulcer that could cause this ?this pain happens more often then normal and more severe than the normal tummy ach. durning the spells of the stomach pain she also has very runny bowels, sometimes she has to go and its to hard.
