Hello

This seems like localised vitiligo.

Do you have such spots on any other part of body?

Hello

Most likely this is vitiligo.

Second possibility is this is caused by fungus infection. Some fungal infections are known to cause hypopigmentation.

Ideally you should consult a dermatologist for a opinion.

Well there are various range of treatment for vitiligo ranging from medicines, local ointment ,exposure to sun light, U V exposures to self tanning compounds.

The history of white hair in that area is suggestive more in favour of vitiligo due to lack of melanocytes .

Well this is a safe herbal product and is without side effects and is relatively safer to take without medical supervision .

Also there are some Antivitiligo herbal oils for local application.
