Bouvier des flanders : ear problems and flaky skin

My bouvier has really flaky skin and ear infections all the time..He has been getting shots of cortizone but they are not working..What can I do for him?

Response to ZooCVT's Post: I was using Pawws multivitamins and they just quit sending them. I guess they went out of business..Now I don't use any...
