Hi

It sounds like what she is a diaper rash due to a fungus. These are very common in children, and are easily treated. You may try an over the counter cream such as Lotrimin. If it does not respond to the cream you may contact her pediatrition for a stronger prescription cream.

when we took her to the doctor at the sexual assult center they did swabs of her inner labia and her rectum. she had no sighs of any rashes ant the swabs came back clean but examine showed that she had not been penetrated, but her inner labia and vulvar were red.

Hi

If the swabs came back negative and there was no sign of penetration, than it likely that the redness is due to a candida infection. Candida is a fungus, and these type of infections are common in childen while using diapers. the cream i had mentioned earlier should clear it up.
