Sent to Health Experts August 03 10:16 PM

I am a court reporter and a witness said this, and i can't figure out what this word is. Can you help, please??

sounds like: cyrosanquiein strand

the answer is:

An abrasion is a broader area of scraping across the skin. You normally lose one or two of the top few layers of the skin to the point where there are small shreds of skin apparent as well as possibly some bleeding, crusting, and maybe een some what we call cyrosanguine strand, which is a clear fluid that leaks out when there's damage done to the skin.

I think the word you are looking for is serosanguinous.

it means clear, but pinkish fluid. This comes from a wound. The pinkish fluid is red blood cells or blood. The clearness indicates serum.
