My question is about asprin.I have been taking an asprin on a daily basis with my vitamins in the morning. My theory is this. Since asprin helps the blood flow more efficiently it should also help distribute the nutrients from the vitamins more efficiently. My vitamins are quite potent, and I want to get the most out of them.Is this a safe thing that I am doing. I know asprin therapy is used for heart attack victims. I am not taking the asprin for that reason. Should I stop? Are there risks?
