I've had this same feeling if I read while travelling in a car, bus , train, but this particular feeling ocurred while I was still in bed this morning and it has continued throughout the day, which isn't over yet. No fever though.

ACCEPTED Check Mark

Hi--this is MOST likely 1 of 2 possible conditions:

1. Early Stage of FLU or other similiar Viral condition [in this case, you will likely develop fever and/or bodyaches by tomorrow], OR

2. Labyrinthitis. see detail link:

http://www.emedicinehealth.com/labyrinthitis/article_em.htm This is more likely, given your history. Mild cases self-resolve within 24-48 hrs; but if yours last longer, or gets quite severe [eg. vomiting, off-balance], then please see an MD for eval and meds to treat the condition.

I hope you found this to be helpful-IF SO, please hit **ACCEPT** as you read this Answer. (Positive Feedbacks and Bonuses appreciated also). THANKS !

(also-you can ask a followup Q, if you need to). "CHAT" is available too.

Best Wishes for your Health,

--Dr. Steve, M.D./FABFP
