my 15 yr old son has an alkaline phospahte level of 375

my 15 yr old son has an alkaline phospahte level of 375 .four weeks ago it was picked up on a routine blod test and the level was 414. Is this serious or could it be because he is growing? What does this mean

normal age 0-18
mean 343.9 range 196-505
this is because of bone growth. however it warrants more investigation by his dr since even high in range can indicate a problem.
it could be bile duct problems, bone problems, gallbladder disease, etc
i would follow up with his dr regarding any further workup
