I am a 23 year old female. I have been struggling with my weight for the past couple of years. I went from 180 to 145 in the span of about a year. I quit smoking 6 months ago and I have gone back up to 153. I recently got a personal trainer who is helping me weight train and use proper technique. He also put me on this program where I am only consuming 1300 calories a day. It is day 3 and I am feeling weak, tired, and irritable. I am not sure baout where my calorie count should be during the day....what is healthy?
