I used nair on my chest and have lesions that are having a time heal I am using sulfur silvadine burn treatment. What should I do now?

if there is discharge worsening redness, heat or pain worse than before you should see your dr to rule out infection.
the silvadene may help but most likely you will need something stronger like code blue cooling gel with lidocaine otc. then you just have to wait unfortunately.

One more thing. Keep them bandaid covered with silvadine or Triamiciam or let lesion dry out. Then what? Thankyou. How about scaring issues.

let it dry, the wetness increases infection risk. uncovered is okay just try to keep clean as possible.
scarring is a possibility depending on the depth of the burn, once healed try vitamin e gel to the area and no sun for 3-4 months.
