this depends on a lot of things. if they released you this hopefully meant they tested for electrolyte (mainly potassium) abnormalities and uric acid abnormalties and your levels were okay. if youre making urine still people do function at this range.
really you need to see a nephrologist (kidney specialist) and be evaluated to see if youre a candidate for dialysis.
