well yesterday the inside of my upper top lip started to ...

well yesterday the inside of my upper top lip started to feel a little swollen like a busted lip. So i figure my son must have accidentally hit it at some point throughout the day, but then i wake up this morning and it's a little bit more swollen and on the outside of the lip are 2 sections with little itty bitty white head looking bumps. I popped them but am wondering what on earth this may be. To say that I have never had anything weird happen to my lip before??? Please help:):(:):(.
