it is difficult.
at first ice massage, after a couple days if still there than warm rags.
this is dried blood from ruptured blood vessels under the skin so nothing really works fast to help the body absorb it. dont take any aspirin or advil/ibuprofen which thins the blood. moisturizer to the area three times/day at least and then do your best with concealer.
