there is nothing you really need to do with a hemanigoma. they are only removed if they grow large enough to put pressure on other things in the area like organs or blood vessel.
they are benign blood vessel derived tumors, usually present from birth and picked up by tests for something else.
there is nothing you can really do to slow down growth but usually they dont grow at all or noticeable. if you have no reason to take aspririn (heart disease, cad) that supercedes this there is a theory that blood thinners can increase growth so id avoid aspirin.
your dr will likely just repeat an ultrasound or cat scan in a few months to make sure it hasnt grown.
