Is there any exercises for dealing with a bake cyst?

I have a baker cyst that has been drained, however, it has increased in size again. The cyst makes walking difficult. Also, I have had a meniscus repair 120 days ago and I still have inflamationin the same leg with the baker cyst.

Already Tried:
Drained when I had meniscus operation. I have iced,been to 8 week of PT., 3 different anti-inflammation drugs.

the best treatment for you would be removal if the cyst casing itself. if youve already had it drained and it came back they can try injecting it with a steroid but usually this is reason enoough to have it removed.
this is an office procedure for an orthopedist.
any exercises if not already directed by a physical therapist can exacerbate things, since fluid in the area from inflammation can just increase the size.\
