this sounds like it can be one of two things. one would just be a dermatitis due to heat or sweat. the other more likely possibility is a yeast / fungal infection. id see your dr to make the correct diagnosis with exam. the treatments for the two are different and using a steroid to help a dermatitis can actually increase fungal growth so its not wise to do this without being seen.
