I am taking tomoxifen for prevention of reoccurance of estrogen possitive breast cancer. Since tomoxifen helps you enter into menopause, I now need a vaginal lubricant. Which brand is safe to use while taking tomoxifen. I dont belive I am allowed to use anything with estrogen in it.

they do recommend against using estrogen creams like premarin - although ive seen some oncologists okay it.
the best then otc nonestrogen lubricant is just plain ky jelly. a lot of the herbal contain plant estrogens and these arent studied adequately in patients with a history of breast ca so id hold off until they are.
