I am a 19 year old male and I worked out pretty hard 3 days ago and my right pectoral muscle swelled up very large with fluid underneath it that jiggled and was tender to the touch. I don't know if its some kind of fluid but it traveled the next day to between my pecs a little lower, then down my right side (staying in a fist size pocket) between my pec and bellybutton on the right and now its just above my beltline on my right side and still jiggles and feels like some kind of fluid. I have allergies and its not the first time one of my pecs swelled up but it never left and traveled south. should i be worried about this? what do you think it is and the cause.

This pocket of fluid is just to the right and below my bellybutton now and is tender. I'm worried its going to travel to other parts south if you know what i mean. have you heard of this happening to other people? I just want to make sure its nothing more serious than that. If its fairly common then I won't worry so much anymore

if this is cystic fluid there is no conection in what is called the fascia layers from there to the testes. the fact that its now tender though is more concerning. from the pec to below the umbilicus is not someting ive seen but would be possible in that the whole space is connected by a sheath covering the muscles called the fascia. i would see your dr in the am due to the tenderness more than anything else. the antiinflammatory tonight and rest until seen is still the best thing.
