i''''''''''''''''m stressed out because i suspect my fience is cheating on me. he keeps hanging out with this girl, and goes to "dinner" with her. he doesn''''''''''''''''t have job or money to do anything with me, but he can do everything with anyone else. it''''''''''''''''s making me very depressed, and i don''''''''''''''''t know what to do. i was on depression medication a while back, and i keep thinking about cutting myself. i just don''''''''''''''''t have anyone to talk to about this. what should i do?

I don't know what kind of medical advice you were looking for. I could tell you to dump the jerk and he isn't worth your tears and anguish, but that's not medical advice. You stated that you were considering cutting yourself. To me that's suicidal ideation and is an indication for emergency intervention. You need to at least call a crisis line and talk to a crisis counselor.
