My roommate is experiencing numbness in his upper right leg. He says that his leg is sensetive to touch and experiences pins and needles as well as pain when it is touched with the slightest amout of pressure. What do you suspect he has, and what are your recomendations?

I would suggest that your friend seek medical attention. If it is a pinched nerve, it could become permanent if it isn't dealt with soon.
