(Not a Health Question?)

doctor medical rash
Sent to Health Experts September 14 10:55 AM

I am self diagnosing myself with shingles. I woke up 2 mornings ago with a small spot of a rash on my waist. I thought it was either a spider bite or poison ivy. It has spread just a little bit, but is itchy and painful. I do have a little bit of back pain....like a fist pressing pain. AFter seeing pictures of shingles on a medical website, I think thats what is it. My question: do I need to go see my doctor for this? IF not, what do I do for it?
