My Mother has COPD and Emphsema (dont know how to spell it sorry) She takes albuterol with her breathing machine and uses combivent inhaler. They cost 80.00 and she is waiting for her ssi to start and medicaid Is there anyway we could get her something to help her breath??? Please answer thank you ASAP pleaseeeeee
