Sent to Health Experts September 30, 2005 1:13 p.m.

My dr has put me on disability due to a high risk pregnancy. All paperwork given to me by my job has been turned in concerning the disability. My supervisor has called me on several occasions saying I need to come in and sign paperwork that he did not have 6 months ago for me to sign. It has now come to my knowledge that he has asked HR if he can terminate me for "abandonment of my job" and that he had heard that I had moved out of the area. Can he legally terminate me and continue to call me while I'm on disability?
