My 12 year old son had a go-kart accident to weeks ago, today. He was thrown from the kart and hit the back of his head. He had on a helmet. But the impact was so hard there are 2 notches out of the back of the helmet. Since that night he has been twitching and thrashing and screaming out in his sleep. We took him to the emergency room, they did a CAT scan and head and neck x-rays. They said all was clear. Their diagnosis was "involutary muscle twitching". We took him to a chiropactor, he has adjusted him three times. He feels it is all trauma. But by this week, with NO improvement, the chiropactor referred us to a Neurologist. He diagnosed Drew as having sleep siezures and post traumatic stress syndrome. He said it could take up to 6 months for Drew's symptoms to get better. Could we be missing something? Please help us. It's really rough. The whole first hour, before Drew falls into a deep sleep is when this all occurs. Thank you for any insight you can give us. Customer (name blocked for privacy) (a.k.a.
