where can i get help to get free plebotomies for hemochromatosis?

I HAVE HEMOCHROMATOSIS,I HAVE HAD IT FOR MANY YEARS.MY HEALTH INSURANCE STARTED CHARGING 50.00 FOR EACH SESSION THEY CALL IT SURGURY...MY IRON LEVELS ARE NOW OVER 1100...I AM DISABLED ..FIXED INCOME..W/FAMILY I NEED THEM ATR THIS POINT EACH WEEK..I HAVE NOT HAD A PLEBOTOMIE IN3 MOS.
