Hi, I'm a 24 year old female, and I am fairly active. My arms ache after I exert them beyond everyday use like when I exercise, work outside, spring clean, ride my four-wheeler and etc. My arms will ache and throb so much that they wake me up at night and even after taking ibuprofin, it doesn't seem to help. The ache will sometimes start as early as late afternoonand last until the next early afternoon. I dont always experience the aching after much use, but I've been experieincing this since I've been around 19 or 20 every now and again. Should I be concerned? My mom and brother have CFIDS, and my mom has diabetes and thyroid issues along with many other medical issues. Arthritis also runs in the family along with other nervous disorders. The only thing I've ever had in my medical history is ulcers, and I am height/weight proportionate. I appreciate any insight.Optional Information: Female , Age: 24Already Tried: otc pain relievers, time, rest
