im an 18 year old that is somewhat sexually active, but i always wear protection. ive been with 3 women. also recently i tried masturbating with shaving cream and afterword it burned. (sorry lol, but im serious) so now since i did that, ive had a feeling of pressure, not burning or itching, on my penis and have been urinating frequently, id just liek to know ur opinion on what it might be

It does appear as though it is a UTI. The shaving cream I'm sure got into your urethra which has then caused the infection. You can do a simple urine test at your doctors office to confirm this, if left untreated you could cause further damage.
