Sometimes I feel a pain in my right above my penis on the right side and sometimes it even descends into the testicule. I had a hernia when I was 10 (I am 20 now) I don’t notice any lumps or anything on the testicule but the cord behind it when touched hurts. The only other thing I noticed are some very dark blue/black colored veins almost like varicose veins or something. What could be wrong? Do any of the above have anything to do with the pain?

This could be an infection in the tubes leading from your testicle. I highly suggest you see a doctor for this. You may need a course of antibiotics to clear it up.

If the pain is excrutiating, it may be torsion of the testicle. This is when the testicle turns and twists the cords and blood vessels. This is a medical emergency or there is a risk of death to the testicle.

I don't think it is torsion I am not in that much pain.

So it has nothing to do with the hernia? Right.

I also asked one of my close guy friends if he had anything like this... He said that it could be from blue balls.Could this have something to do with it and if so what is it and how is it caused?

you didnt really say anything about the vain issue.I was circumcised so is that most likely where the vein came from or something else?

I also have played soccer and taken some hard blows to the penis and testicles. could that have something to do with it or no...

I am sorry i have a lot of ?'s i do not know alot about this part of my body... thank you for your help.
