Question

I've been a non-smoker for six years. Recentely went

Sent to Health Experts February 09, 2006 1:29 p.m.

I've been a non-smoker for six years. Recentely went to Mexico, smoked everything in sight that resembled a Marlboro light or marijuana for four days.Came home on 2-4-06 to dicover that my wife had set up an appt. w/ a medical examiner to obtain a blood and urine specimine to innitiate the policy. I talked to a nurse who stated that an othewise healthy body would rid itself of 70% of its toxins ie. THC and Nicotine within72 hours. If I reschedule the exam for monday 2-20-06 can you ensure that that will have been an adequate amount of time for my body to cleanse itself being a 6'1'' 200lb male?
                      Thanks,

If you were only there for 4 days and had not consumed any marijuana for six years prior then yes your system can be clean in around 72 hours and even better the chances if you continue to consume alot of water to cleanse your system. You should be fine to take the test on the 20th if that was the only amount of time in the last six years that you smoked any marijuana or cigarettes.
