My sister is 60, and has brain cancer, she has lost the ability to swallow, hear and see very well, her balance is off so much she falls. I cannot care for her as I am over 66, and have high Bloodpressure, and seizures. She will loose her insurance soon as she had to quit her job. She has no options that I know of left or money to get insurance. Could you tell me what there is out there that helps people in this situation. She has worked all her life, and now that she needs help, she has no where to turn that we know of. Do you have any suggestions as to where we can go for help. We live in Downey California,
