My wife tripped on a rug, fell, and hit the back of ...

My wife tripped on a rug, fell, and hit the back of her head. She woke up this a.m. and had one black eye and the other is beginning to turn black. There is some redness in the left eye itself. Could this have been caused by a concussion? She did not hit the eyes directly. She feels fine, except for the swollen and balck eyes.

Pls. advise.
