Hi, i'm a 20 year old male, i work out a lot and over the past year and a half i've dropped about 30 lbs of fat and put it back and a little more in muscle. I'm now 225 lbs at 12 % bodyfat. Though here's my problem over time I've been noticing that i steadly need more sleep the more my wieght goes up. Is there anything i can supplement into my diet so that need to oversleep so much. thank you.
