i have what i think might be a yeast infection but am not ...

i have what i think might be a yeast infection but am not sure i have itching in the vaginal area near the vulva a little discharge but I am unsure if the discharge is from the vagisil that I am using which does help it ...I have no pain when I urinate a little pain when i wipe the area after going to the bathroom and a small bump near the vulva

How long have you had the problem?
What colour is the discharge?
What colour is the bump? Has it been there long?

Can you tell me if you are diabetic or have other medical problems? Or have been on any antibiotic recently?
