You don't mention if you still have your cervix. If you still have your cervix you should. If you don't have your cervix generally every 2 years. But this can be determined by your GYN as well. There is more than just a pap that is done during an exam. They check for infections, breast lumps etc. So do see what your doctor recommends since he/she knows your past medical history.
