My 17 year old son has a marble shaped lump on the back of his right jaw that he noticed about 1 week ago, this morning he noticed another one about 1/2 the size but right next to the first one. He is not sick and does not have a cold. He is very fit and healthy other than that. What could it be and should I seek medical attention?
