My fiance and I are planning to have a child, however he does not ejaculate when he has an orgasm. He says that he can feel the sensation of it but nothing comes out. He recently went to the doctor about this and was told that he had a damaged nerve. Is this possible and if so, how does it happen or why? He also has symptoms of Erectile dysfunction(won't stay erect for long periods of time or sometimes have trouble getting erect). This occured around six months before he found out that he had high blood pressure and diabetes and was placed on medication. Is he still producing sperm and it's not able to be released? Can this be corrected and if not can the sperm be removed through medical procedures to be inserted for me to get pregnant? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Sincerely,
Michelle Scott
