i am a 40 year old women who recently experienced large blod clotting during my menstrual cycle.some blod clots are almost as big as my hand.last month in february my cycle lasted 16 days.this month in march it lasted my normal 7 days.i also have fibroids in which i have had diagnosed and they are not cancerous.1 is near my uterus blocking my opening and i was told they are very small.could you please tell me what could be causing this or do i need to seek medical attention.
