A stomach flu/virus lasts 24/48 hours.
After five days there is another cause and my best answer is she needs medical attention.
Migraines are one possibility and occur even in children.
A stiff neck, fever, severe lethargy or disorientation demand emergency medical care!
If both children are vomiting, and have flu like symptoms there could be a household cause like carbon monoxide or lead.
I wish I could offer comfort or even a diagnosis but truly the doctor must get involved. These symptoms are serious and need an answer. You will feel better when you know and can set about making your babies better!
