What are the symtoms of heart attack. I have had a severe pain in my chest, like somebody wrapping their hand around my heart. I am also experiencing tingling and numbness in my left arm. Are these symtoms of a heart attack?

symptoms of a heart attack for males is tightness in the chest,sweating,numbness in the left arm,nausea,vomiting may also occur.
