I have severe knee pain caused by a torn ACL ligament. I had surgery in 2000, and I have been suffering from severe pain for the past two years. I have been seeing a family doctor to help with the pain with precription meds. I have been seeing this doctor for about a year and the medecine and the cost of the doctor visits are affecting my financial situation.
