Hello I had my son Jan.12,2000 and I asked for a tubal ligation and now 6 years has passed and I have just found out that my tubes are not tied. How I got this information is thru the Medical Records Department at the hospital. The only documented information about the tubal was that it was discussed with me. Also, they released me after the birth of my son with the depo shot. Information was told to me that they did take me to surgery so if they didn't do a tubal then what possibly did they do? My question to you is: How can I find out if the tubal has really been done? Can you please help me? Thank you
