I have a burning sensation around my scrotum for sometime now.

I suspect it may be from contracting chlamydia quite a few years ago.

The only way to get rid of chlamydia is to take antibiotics. You would need to get tested by a medical professional to make sure you have it because I doubt they will prescribe it for you without testing for it. You can also try different creams as you have been for example fungicides or hydrocortisone. If you were treated for chlamydia a few years ago you can get it again and this could be the case. Also if you are trying cream, are you using them consistently and as directed. Make sure if you are sweating a lot to clean area and reapply as well as laundering your undergarments frequently.
