My daughter had a fever, and cough which started six days ...

My daughter had a fever, and cough which started six days ago. I took her to the Pediatrician on the third day and she stated her lungs were not completely clear and prescribed and antibiotic. Now, on the sixth day she still has the fever and seems to be getting worse. Does this mean she has pneumonia and should she be hospitalized?
