I am an attorney trying to show that a "rule out" diagnosis means the condition is possible and needs to be ruled out. However the Judge is taking it to mean the condition was already ruled out.Where can Ishow him that the medical protocol for a "rule out:" diagnosis is as I knwo it be and that he is wrong?
