I have woek in the middle of the night in the past with my arms/hands shaking. Recently I awoke my eyes were going back and forth very quickly. THey were going so far to the side I was seeing stars while it was happening. My arms were shaking. It was weird, the shaking is to the core. Its "deep" if that makes sense, electrifying? I dont know, it just feels like its "to the bone". Anyway, while this was going on I was on my right side, I believe my mouth was open, togue to the roof of my mouth. I was unable to move really (besides the shaking) I was trying to move my head forward and perhaps trying to move my legs but couldn't. I was trying to say my hubby's name but couldn't. The eye movement stopped, I could move, but was still shaking. When I could move I was freaking out and was gasping for air...I got hot/sweaty. I remember thinking maybe I was having a panic attack and thinking my thyroid meds were too high. Like I said, I have woken before with those weird shakes - it scares me and I usally try to snuggle by my hubby b/c it freaks me out but he is so hard to wake up. Even if he does wake he doesn't remember most times what happens! The day when I woke up I had a few head pains, I felt a little shakey here and there.
I am on thyroid meds for hypothyroid. I have graves disease and had my thyroid removed. I am on 2 1/2 grains of armour thyroid.
