iam 32 yo with 3 little boys i take effexor xr 75 mg off on for several yrs the past nine for anxiety disorder i am extremely fatigued, i have occasional night sweats, and have gained 20 lbs the past 9 mo which is not typical for me other than pregnacy wt i have always mainted my wt with little effot i had a thyroid panel drawn which was wnl no one will tell me what to do the drs just tell me its my age IAM ONLY 32 and i feel like iam falling apart all i reallly want is to be myself again and have the energy i need to take care of my family and get this wt off i tried diff. methods for wt loss none successful (exersise water diet      please give me some direction
