2 weeks of dizzyness, left side of my face and ar, going numb, passing out, forgetting things, stuttering, muscle spasms, falling down and not able to get up for a few minutes, constant fatique I have been having these symtoms coud I have MS I have been trying to come to some idea about whats wrong
