ABOUT THREE WEEKS AGO I ROLLED MY RIGHT ANKLE AND I HAVE BEEN HAVING ACKING PAIN WHEN I RUN AND AFTER. THE PAIN GOES AWAY WHEN I STOP RUNNING BUT I CAN STILL TELL ITS INJURED. ON THE SAME LEG(AND MY LEFT LEG BUT NOT AS BAD) I HAVE WHAT I THINK TO BE SHIN SPLINTS. LUMPS ON MY SHIN, PAIN IN THE FRONT OF MY SHIN AND PAIN WHEN I RUN AND WALK FAST LEADS ME TO THAT CONCLUSION. I HAVE A WHOLE FOOTBALL SEASON AHEAD AND I DON'T KNOW IF I'M GOING TO BE ABLE TO PLAY THROUGH IT BECAUSE IT GETS WORSE AFTER EVERY RUN. PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR MEDICAL ADVICE ON THE INJURIES AND HOW MUCH TIME IT TAKES TO PROPERLY HEEL NORMALY. THANK U
