Ms Customer (name blocked for privacy),
There are a few thoughts that come to mind with these symptoms. You should make an appointment to see your primary doctor to have a full history and physical done, as well as some specific blood tests.
Tingling can be a sign of peripheral neuropathy, where there is some process that is affecting the small nerves in your feet. This is less likely to affect your face. Thyroid problems can cause tingling sensations. Anxiety is also sometimes a cause of this. Diabetes is a consideration if peripheral neuropathy is present. I would recommed some routine lab tests: fasting glucose, TSH.
As general health screening: fasting lipids(if not done in past 5 years), colonoscopy (if not done in past 10 years), mammogram (every year), and pap smear (every year until normal x3, and then every 3 years).
