My Daughter, who is 13 has dry, patchy, scaley and itchy skin above her lip line and also in the folds of both of her arms. The skin is raised and discolored and appears in the form of a bruise prior to break-out. I just noticed this yesterday but she said it has been visable for 4 days now. I have also notice scabing on her legs and other parts of her arm, she appears to have know fever or sneezing, what could this possibly be?
